A technically dazzling infrastructure showcase that still asks visitors to 'request an invite' before it lets them in.
Stripe's homepage remains one of the best-produced pages in fintech — the interactive product mockups, quantified stats, and named enterprise logos build immediate credibility. But the fundamentals that drive conversion haven't moved: the primary CTA still implies gated access, there is no persona router at the top of the page, and mobile usability signals (sub-12px text, sub-32px tap targets) have crept up rather than down since the last audit. The page sells the vision of Stripe extremely well; it sells the next click poorly.
